Cake Flavours

Believing cakes are not only about the design but the flavour! Kerry's Cupcakes only uses free range eggs and organic products. 

Although my main sponge flavours are Caramel, Chocolate, Strawberry, Vanilla Bean, Lemon and Espresso,  I love a flavour combination so why not try! Orange or Lemon Poppy Seed, Chocolate or Vanilla Salted Caramel, Lemon Raspberry, Chocolate Banana,  or for the grown ups! .. the tipsy range *Espresso Tia Maria or Chocolate Baileys * .. and why not try White or Dark Chocolate whisked Ganache as an indulgent alternative to buttercream!

Or a twist on the traditional sponge, why not try a fruit cakes. All cakes are made using only the finest quality ingredients, baked and wrapped for 6-8 weeks, fed weekly with French Brandy or your choice of tipple, until it's necessary to cover them.
